Holiday Shipping Update

We are humbled and beyond grateful for your incredible support this year...we appreciate every single one of you more than we can express! 

This year, we experienced our highest order volume ever, and we couldn't have done it without your patience and grace as we worked hard to pack and ship every order out as fast as possible.

 A  S H I P P I N G  U P D A T E : 

Delays with USPS continue to be unprecedented nationwide, as their volume is up 400% this year from last. We are seeing orders that would normally arrive in 1-2 business days delayed up to 1-2 weeks. At this time, we are unable to guarantee order delivery by December 25th. 

Please note: we are seeing many packages stuck in "Accepted" status; what this means is that the Post Office has picked up your order and it is in transit, but there is a delay in scanning and handling en route to its next destination. Eventually, your package will 

We know how frustrating these delays are, especially when your order may be a gift, and we thank you for understanding that shipping delays are completely out of our hands. Unfortunately, we do not have any additional information other than the tracking updates that are shown on the USPS website.
