SHIPPING POLICIES

Most orders ship within 1-3 business days via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. Once your order ships, please allow between 1 and 5 business days for delivery.

RETURN POLICIES

We always want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase!

We ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground, which includes a tracking number to confirm shipment and delivery, to ship our orders. If the tracking number for your order shows as delivered to the shipping address specified in your order, we cannot issue a refund for a lost or stolen order.

Exchanges: We accept exchanges for another product of the same size and price within 7 days of your order delivery. We cannot exchange a product that has been used. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs of any returned items. Please note: this policy only applies to products purchased via our online shop, and not from independent retailers.

Refunds: You may return unused products in their original packaging for a full refund of the purchase price, less the cost of shipping, within 7 days of your order delivery. Products damaged during shipment will be refunded or replaced. Please send a photo showing the damage to hello@farmandsea.com within 7 days of delivery.
