Your order will ship within 3-5 business days via USPS Priority Mail, which typically takes between 1 and 3 business days for delivery. We do not currently offer expedited shipping, and we do not currently ship outside the US.

We use USPS Priority Mail, which includes a tracking number to confirm shipment and delivery, to ship our orders. If the tracking number for your order shows as delivered to the shipping address specified in your order, we cannot issue a refund for a lost or stolen order.
We accept exchanges for another product of the same size and price within 7 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs of any returned items. Please note: this policy only applies to candles purchased via our online shop, and not from independent retailers.
Products damaged during shipment will be refunded or replaced if photographic proof of damage is submitted to email@example.com within 7 days of delivery.
